Sherbrooke is conveniently bound by Yellowhead Trail to the north, 127 Street to the east, 118 Avenue to the south, and St. Albert Trail to the west. Sherbrooke has good access to Kingsway Mall, Westmount Centre, the downtown core, as well as the Royal Alexandra Hospital and the University of Alberta. With its proximity to Whyte Avenue, the University of Alberta, U of A Hospital, it’s no surprise that Queen Alexandra has a mostly young, solitary demographic. More than half of its inhabitants are between the ages of 20 and 39, and over half of the total population identifying as single as well. Residences are largely apartments in buildings less than five stories (60%) or single detached houses and duplexes (33%).
