A part of the beautiful North Saskatchewan River Valley, Cloverdale is a thriving established neighbourhood in Edmonton that boasts great transportation routes and incredible recreational spaces.
Three major roadways, 98 Avenue, 99 Avenue, and Connors Road, run through Cloverdale. These roads connect residents to Downtown, Whyte Ave, and beyond. Within its boundaries are the Muttart Conservatory, Henrietta Muir Edwards Park, and Gallagher Park, the latter being home to the Edmonton Folk Music Festival each summer.
