Laurel’s History

Laurel’s Neighbourhood Structure Plan (NSP) was adopted in 2007. It was expected that development in the neighbourhood would be complete by 2012, and today, Laurel’s construction is substantially completed. Laurel is part of the larger Meadows Area Structure Plan.
