Rossdale’s History
Originally named Ross Flats, after Donald Ross, the man who built Edmonton’s first hotel, Rossdale was once home to a brewery, ice house, lumber yard, power plant, and coal mine. There was, however, a severe flood in 1915, and many homes and industrial buildings were damaged or lost. Most businesses did not return and much of the commercial and industrial properties were transformed.
Rossdale Today

If you’re in the market for a centrally-located home in a beautiful natural setting, make sure Rossdale is on your list.
